Each Monday, our mailboxes are filled with comic books, cards, and other collectibles. We selected a few of the highlights to share with you below. If you have feedback for us or just want to show us your latest pickups, you can find us on Twitter @RelicScout.
Over the past few weeks, purchases have been few and far between as we enjoyed the holidays with our families. Now that we're into 2018, it's time to get back to work and back to the hobbies that we love. We have some big things planned for Relic Scout over the next few months that will empower collectors and make Relic Scout an essential tool in your arsenal.
My comic book collection has been a bit neglected so I spent the past weekend organizing and putting together boxes to sell. As it turns out, I have a lot of bulk comics that I need to sell. This left me with a relatively small stack of comics that give me joy. While I love buying and selling collectibles, looking over my keep-stack made me realize how stagnate my personal collection is. With that in mind, I've made it a personal goal to buy more collectibles that I can be displayed and enjoyed. Since today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day and there is no mail delivery, let's take a look at a couple collectibles that I picked up over the weekend.
If you've been following us on Instagram, you would know that I am a huge James Bond fan. This Funko Pop of Roger Moore as James Bond immediately caught my eye. For around $10 each, there's a Pop figure for everyone.
I challenge you to find a more epic dog toy than this Rugrats Reptar Bar from BoxLunch. My dog loved it and as a child of the 90's, it brings back memories of watching endless hours of Nickelodeon.
A James Bond figure for me and a toy for my dog is a success in my book. I have my eyes on a few comics and some art for my office that I hope to pick up over the next few weeks along with my hauls from comic shop trips. Check back next week for my latest buys!
